Everything here was fantastic; we arrived just after 6 and Thea, our host, was easy‑going and welcoming, my wife and I brought two dogs who settled in right away, we met Fergal, the Great Dane, who was so much fun and patient with our dogs, the room was great with a couch that the dogs liked to relax on, a door from outside let us enter the room from the garden which was very convenient, we had a lovely breakfast in the morning, the kitchen and bathroom were very clean, the garden area around the house is beautiful and alive, it’s a wonderful place close to Youghal and about half an hour from Ballycotten where we went for dinner in the evening, looking forward to returning in the future; Leaving.

“Amazing stay”

Everything was perfect, we had a wonderful stay and felt at home immediately; Thea is an amazing host who made us feel welcome and comfortable, we loved meeting Fergal and the kittens, and it genuinely felt like staying at a family friend’s house for a short trip; we will come back for sure!

“Charming cottage with a wonderful host and animal companions”

A host named Thea greeted us warmly right from the start, and the house radiated a charming, energetic vibe that made us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood was very quiet, perfect for unwinding. The Great Dane, Fergal, and the two cats stole our hearts! Everything else was just fine.

Thea, the breakfast, the warmth of the room, and all the animals were great, but there were a few damp spots in the bathroom.
