Casa Beleza do Sul, a boutique guesthouse in Tavira’s historic centre, occupies the first floor of a 19th‑century townhouse opposite Mercado da Ribeira and the Gilão River. It offers five rooms—three suites with private baths, a studio, and a classic double—each featuring spacious seating and kitchenettes. Guests enjoy two terraces, a patio and a roof terrace with panoramic river views and sun‑beds.

A beautiful old house in the center, nicely furnished and very clean. The apartment gets cleaned daily, and the staff are lovely! Fresh bread and butter were ready when we arrived, and even the coffee was refilled daily 👍👍👍. Nothing to complain about.

What a gem—great spot, spotless. The cleaning lady came every morning with a warm smile, and I’ve never seen such meticulous cleanliness; it was a pleasure to return each evening. The roof terrace was ideal, and the cushions on the sun lounger were perfect!

The blue apartment had a unique charm, you feel the house’s history. Thoughtfully furnished with everything you need, and central in the old town. The rooftop is very nice and cozy for evening seating. Those driving can park for free in front of the Mercado Municipal. The fishermen who enjoy their breakfast beer in Bar Marítimo across the street in the morning didn’t bother us at all.
