The room was huge with a view of the Yangtze River. The rooms were also well furnished and free washers/dryers were available. The location was perfect, right in the city centre of Chongqing. Sometimes the hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and at 4‑5 am we heard loud noises from the neighbouring room. Even after we mentioned it, nothing was done about the noise.

Very good hotel in Chongqing. The entrance can be confusing on the first day. The staff are helpful, kind, and service‑oriented.

Very close to attractions! They upgraded our room, but one of the lights didn’t work. We didn’t say anything because we were staying only one night.

The business was fraudulent and the staff lied; they waited until the cut‑off time for a refund and then told us about many inconveniences, like constant noise.
