I stayed at this hotel for two nights on business and was very happy. The property matches the description exactly, and I liked the location because it’s just a 5‑minute walk from the Grande Sud shopping centre where I worked over the weekend. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and give good advice, and the 24‑hour reception feels like a special treat. The room was clean and welcoming. Breakfast offers a decent variety, just enough for an Italian‑style start. If I find myself back in that area for work, I’ll definitely stay here again!

The receptionist was nice. We booked the hotel through Booking. When we arrived, we were shocked to find that the hotel was in a terrible, seedy area—essentially a foul‑smelling, repulsive industrial zone. We also learned that the hotel rents rooms for “day use” to all sorts of people; to put it mildly, it is completely unsuitable for children. Moreover, the whole neighborhood felt frightening and like a shady, high‑crime area. Simply put: do not go there! It is truly disgraceful. We ended up leaving—due to an unrelated incident, though we wouldn’t have stayed anyway—preferring to lose the money rather than risk our safety and that of our children.
