Holiday Inn Beijing Focus Square by IHG

“Tout est très bien.”

Very good location and the room was quite correct. Nothing to say.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. Thank you for letting us check in early – that was much appreciated. Special thanks to Alan for his help and support during the situation. We want to formally raise a concern about the taxi arrangement arranged by your reception staff. We asked for a taxi to the airport through the hotel reception, but the staff gave the driver the address of a different airport instead of the correct one. Because of this mistake we were significantly delayed and almost missed our flight. The situation caused a lot of stress as we had to rush to the correct airport at the last minute. Additionally, the taxi driver charged us $200 for the trip.

The hotel meets the standard quality of a chain property; the room was tidy and the breakfast offered a good variety. I chose a location closer to the airport while still being in the city, and the nearby shopping centre and numerous cafés and restaurants were convenient.

Breakfast was very good and varied, the location was top, and the hotel was near the subway, but the gym needed equipment modernization.

The room offered a view of Soho, was spacious, had a safe, good breakfasts, a gym, a clean base, and many restaurants nearby, yet the reception staff spoke poor English, refused to help us extend our stay because they had no offers, and couldn't provide the online prices.
