I was hoping the price would justify the stay, but I had to leave. The experience was terrible. I’m trying to get a refund via my credit card, but the hotel didn’t cooperate. The air‑conditioning was broken, the room smelled musty—like a different word for dirty—and there was no Wi‑Fi. The overall look felt outdated.

The place was quiet and Maria treated us well, but the owner’s attitude was uncomfortable and made me feel like a nuisance. He was arrogant, didn’t respect guests, and there was no breakfast or any other service—overall service was very poor.

Right in front of the Nile and a short walk to Luxor Temple, with plenty of restaurants nearby; the room and bathroom were spotless. The two single beds felt a bit cramped for two adults and kids.
