“Mala gestión y falta de comunicación por parte de recepción”
The restaurant staff were very friendly, but the worst part was being sent to another hotel the first night without being asked, especially since we were traveling with someone who had mobility issues; that other hotel lacked the same facilities. There were also communication problems at reception, with parking, and with access to the pool. The bar and restaurant staff were kind, yet the overall organization was disappointing.
