The staff were helpful, but the price felt a little steep.

The property was clean and quiet, and the restaurants were conveniently located. I was unhappy with the attitude of one front‑desk clerk; I didn’t have my deposit on hand, so I couldn’t access my paid room, even though my partner had the money for a later flight. She told me to “have at it” when I said I’d try to send the money to her.

Everyone was absolutely amazing and kind; we drove 22 hours to FL and were exhausted when we arrived, but we checked in early and everything went smoothly. I didn’t like that coffee wasn’t included.
