The location, location, location! The décor was clean and the building spanned three or four floors with impressive architecture. It was huge, comfortable, and in a safe area. The rooftop was incredible, and everything was within walking distance. Every room had an A/C key that worked perfectly. I brought my wife and three kids (12, 10 & 8). I booked last minute, and Ilias, the property owner, spoke English and went out of his way to arrange a tour guide and give us great recommendations. I told him I was from Lake Tahoe, California, and he laughed and helped us. We even had massages at the Riad, and breakfast was cooked and served on the rooftop each morning. The service was outstanding; they felt like family. My kids, wife, and I had a wonderful time. Thanks to Noureddyne (manager), Ghita (housekeeping & chef), Ayoub (night watch), and the driver who picked us up at the airport and dropped us off—he was excellent and spoke English. They played with our kids, who loved them. I’m glad I didn’t stay at a hotel; I was going to try Nobi or Four Sesson outside the Medina, and it would have been nowhere near the experience we wanted. I’ve already recommended this Riad to friends we met after a desert trip in Merzouga. Hats off to everyone. Cheer! ~ Rory. Another big plus: the Riad was only about 100 feet from the car service, so no long walks or getting lost in the Medina. Ilias nailed it, and his team were all genuine, nice people who treated us like family. The only thing my son Knox didn’t like was that he couldn’t take the kitten he named “chicken nugget” he met at a local market 100 feet from the front door.

The décor is amazing, the staff and breakfast are great, and the rooftop pool is the best way to unwind from the city. It’s the best Riad in Marrakesh. Everything was perfect; no problems at all.

The Riad was flawless. The facilities were excellent, the rooms very comfortable, and the terrace with the plunge pool was a highlight. Our hosts were fantastic and the breakfast delightful. The location is great, just a short walk from the medina with shops and bars nearby, yet it still felt quiet and relaxing. Nothing to complain about.
