The pillows and mattress were super good and comfortable, and the room was spacious with nice decor. However, there seemed to be a lack of upkeep and poor communication between maintenance and housekeeping; they moved me to another room because the hot water key wasn’t working at 6 am the night before work. In that other room, there were signs of poor maintenance, like cracks in the bathrooms and no paint. There were no furniture pieces to store clothes, only a closet with a single storage bin, so I had to cram my clothes there, which is very uncomfortable if you’re traveling for more than three days.

Very good service. The staff were helpful. The room’s cleanliness was lacking; we found a short behind a chair that wasn’t ours, showing that the room wasn’t vacuumed or swept.

Excellent location. The bed was soft and the pillows were very ugly.

Nothing positive. The facilities were old and of very poor quality for the price.

La habitación que reservamos estaba algo descuidada, nos tuvieron que cambiar a otra porque el aire no servía y la TV no funcionaba tampoco. No estaba del todo limpio . La segunda habitación estaba mejor de cama king
