Rieder Stubn Lodge

“Wir waren sonst sehr zufrieden.”

The Deluxe Suite’s facilities were very, very good. The staff were friendly and nice. We ate twice in the restaurant and it was excellent. To reach the suite on the second floor you have to go up a flight of stairs that lacks a handrail, which is hard with a suitcase. They should install one.

We loved the airy apartment on the edge of Ried with its rooftop terrace—perfect for cyclists and motorbike riders. The breakfast spread was generous with fresh, tasty options, and the dinner was a delightful taste of Austrian cuisine. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving the place that cozy, welcoming vibe of a traditional Stube. We’re definitely planning a return.

“Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Frühstück war genial, wir kommen gerne wieder”

Breakfast was top-notch, and the location right by the ski bus stop is a real bonus—just need to know where to park for Fiss or Serfaus. Ried feels charming and not overrun by tourists. The barrel sauna on our terrace was a highlight, and the kitchen comes fully equipped with everything we needed, though a pair of scissors would be handy. The only hiccup was the motion sensor in the hallway that kept tripping, even at night, turning the lights on every ten minutes.

Great spot, clean rooms, and free parking were all big pluses. The breakfast was good, giving us a solid start to the day.
