“Dobrý hotel prepojený s aquaparkom, vhodný pre celú rodinu.”

The surroundings are beautiful, the hotel is lovely, and the connection to the aquapark is ideal. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I didn’t like the food selection, especially at dinner, though I wouldn’t say it was bad—just not to my taste. What could really improve is the cleanliness of the linen changes; that’s a significant minus.

“Ajánlom!”

The place is clean, comfortable, has a local wellness area, and the room includes a free aquapark pass, which is great. The half‑board is genius, tasty, and offers a wide variety. The staff are professional. The room feels very premium, the Wi‑Fi is almost flawless, fast, and the Samsung smart TV is appropriately sized. The room, bathroom, and balcony are spacious. I read in reviews that there’s a strong food smell in the hotel, which I thought was an exaggeration until I actually experienced it—a day when the room smelled strongly of food. Another issue: at the end of October, the room was very warm, 27.5°C. The heating/cooling works only near the closed balcony, but it’s not effective. I had to open the balcony door at night, which helped a bit. What the hotel can’t control is the noise from families with loud, unruly children—this was particularly disruptive. I’m patient and love kids, but when they run down the hallway or in the next room, their pounding and shouting are harsh, and when parents talk loudly on the hallway, it’s unbearable. So the walls and doors could be better. Overall, it’s a very good stay, especially compared to nearby hotels!

The spot was spot on and the scenery was gorgeous, with my room overlooking a park. Unfortunately the table lamp and phone in the room were dead, and the terrace door wouldn’t open fully in every position. They also forgot to accommodate gluten‑free diners at breakfast.

Breakfast was delicious, varied, and plentiful every day. Everyone found something to their liking, and the kids had multiple options, like milk porridge and pancakes. Fresh fruit and salad were always available. The same applies to dinner. We stayed with half‑board, so after the hearty breakfast we didn’t think about eating until the evening. The restaurant was almost always full, but we never had to wait for a table. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and spotless, with balconies overlooking the park (we booked four rooms, all the same). The hotel’s surroundings are particularly beautiful, with a lake and a musical fountain just a few minutes’ walk away. The wellness facilities are outstanding; you can walk through a covered corridor to the pool, where people of all ages feel at home. We also liked that we could request board games from the reception, and the lounge even has interactive board‑game tables. Bicycles can be rented, and there’s a gym. Finally, the staff’s helpfulness and friendliness deserve mention. We can’t wait to return. Everything was perfect; no one found any fault.
