The setting and location are good. We were given a room with a broken jacuzzi tub that filled with water, so we had to drain it with towels, and the receptionist told us she already knew it would happen; after the relaxing soak we had to sweat without any apology or solution, and we could no longer use the jacuzzi—terrible.

Service and attention, apart from the location. Everything is very expensive, from the accommodation to the extras, especially the food. I think the prices are very inflated.
