मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
The accommodation was great, everything was clean and organized, but the elevator was very slow. I had to use the stairs several times because the elevator took too long, and I even waited more than 10 minutes for it to arrive on my floor.

All the facilities, the location, the cleanliness, the breakfast – everything was very good! We were satisfied.

Everything. The pillow was very bad.

The hotel is close to the center, right in front of a restaurant, several shops, and the famous Praça Cesário Alvim. Breakfast was good with variety. The staff was very polite. The bathroom was not very clean when we arrived. I asked to turn on the sauna, they said it would be ready in 20 minutes and never showed up until I gave up.
