Every time we visit my mum in the nearby nursing home we stay at this hotel—it’s simply the best. The staff are great; we've known them for many visits. Kalem is an excellent manager, and long‑serving staff like Caiomhe at reception, Gerard and Nuala in the restaurant, provide outstanding service.

Almost everything was fine: the place was very clean, the staff helpful, the food great, and the grounds lovely. The only issues were that breakfast came out a bit slow and the vending machine in the ladies' room wasn't working.

Everything was perfect.

Room 102 offers the best view I’ve ever seen – you almost want to cry tears of joy when you walk in. Karen, the spa manager, was fantastic; she gave my partner a massage she described as the best she’s ever had. The spa pool, hot tubs, sauna, and steam room are world‑class, and the Manor House view of the water is flawless.
