House manager Aai was an amazing soul, always ready to help and very hospitable, making our stay so comfortable. However, there were a few moments when staff disagreed, especially in the morning, and we could hear them argue.

The place was exceptionally clean, and the staff went above and beyond to keep everyone comfortable. The only issue was that Wi‑Fi would drop out sometimes, but it was usually fine.

The hospitality was amazing, the place felt secure, rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were attentive and very friendly; Chifewa and Mamzo made good hosts. Nothing was quite fair.
