The neighborhood is lively, full of students and families, and the square is perfect for a drink or breakfast. With the windows shut, the street noise is muted. The room was spotless, though occasionally there was a faint sewer smell; a silicone cap for the shower drain would have helped. We mistakenly set the wrong checkout date, but after sending a message and calling, it was resolved quickly, which we appreciated. Almost all communication was via AI/WhatsApp chatbot. We only received one toilet paper roll and the AI didn’t understand our request, so we had to buy more ourselves. We couldn’t leave the suitcase earlier; otherwise it was fine, but a few streets away there was a spot. It would have been nicer if the response had been “Yes” instead of “No.” The pillows were very hard.

The location is good. The fridge had no water bottles, there was no coffee maker, and the guesthouse lacked a coffee station. We lost Wi‑Fi the day before we left; I reported it to the chatbot, but no solution was offered.

The location is fine. The room was small and didn’t include a chair or desk, but the staff were very friendly and managed to provide a desk and a chair for us.

The location is good. The room was very small, there was no way to make tea, and the electronic key was annoying.

“Repetiré el año que viene”

Everything was perfect – brand new, very clean, and communication with the staff was excellent. I was there for the film festival and could walk everywhere. Everything was fine.
