“Helpful staff, wonderful location and nice food.”

The staff were very helpful, always smiling. The duty manager was very professional. The location suits my visit perfectly, linking directly to the Select City Mall Saket, so guests don’t have to walk around the whole building to shop. It would be great if you could invest a bit in upgrading the bathroom wares, but otherwise nothing displeasing about the property.

“Good for a single day stay or so”

The room was clean to a certain level and the bathrooms were clean. The front desk staff were friendly. Overall a good stay for a couple of days. The cleanliness didn’t reach the TAJ hotel standard – corners and curtain edges were not clean, and the face towels were missing in the bathroom.

“Good location but dated hotel”

Breakfast was fine and the hotel’s location is great. The room was a good size, but the hotel feels dated and needs renovation to be considered a 4‑star.

I loved the location and the hospitality, and there was nothing negative to mention.
