First off, the hotel itself is stunning, and the staff were incredibly accommodating—when we needed to leave our bags for an overnight volcano trip, they let us do it safely, and any request was met quickly; the location is great and close to many cafés, though the rooms can be a bit warm and don’t ventilate well, but the fans help a lot; otherwise we were super comfortable and loved our stay.
