The room is fine and the Gaslamp Quarter offers plenty of breakfast and dining options, and the hotel has a modern, funky vibe, but it's a bit too funky, the lobby music is really loud and modern, and it feels very different from other Moxy hotels I've stayed at.
The hotel is close to downtown and key event and tourist spots, the staff performed excellently, and they have a very good bar.

The location in the Gaslamp District is good and central, and the convention center is only 4 blocks away, but the room I stayed in was ADA Accessible, and the bathroom was definitely not ADA friendly, especially the bathtub—there's no rubber mat to prevent slipping, no walk‑in access, and if you were staying alone and slipped in the tub you can't contact the front desk because there's no phone or direct communication from the bathroom.
“Mal servicio”
The facilities were okay, but throughout the stay there was no TV or Internet, and they only apologized saying they'd fix it as soon as possible.
