Super 8 by Wyndham Ithaca

“Exceptional value for the price.”

The price was excellent for the value. The basic rooms had cable TV and a mini‑fridge. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and when I asked for a room near the front they gave me exactly what I wanted. It’s a stone’s throw from Wegman’s where you can order pizza and hot food, and CVS is also a short walk away.

“We arrived evening of 10/10/26. The only thing I’ve noticed is the rudeness and unfriendliness of the guy that”

The location is good and easy to find because it’s close to the highway. The room is clean and the space is sufficient, except for one minor issue. The lobby looks clean, you can tell from the sofa, and it’s easy to access the dining area. Breakfast is good, with plenty to eat compared to the two other hotels we’ve stayed at. The price is very affordable.

“Absolutely awful experience. Do not go here.”

We checked into the room and tried to plug a cell phone into the outlet. Immediately the power in the entire room went out. The staff were hostile and rude. The electricity wasn’t fixed, no alternative room was offered, and they refused to give us a refund—going as far as blaming us for the outage.

“Don't go here. They have cockroaches.”

The motel had a strong, unpleasant odor in the hallways. We found live cockroaches and bugs in our room both nights, plus some dead ones behind the refrigeration unit. We told the owner, who denied any infestation. My children were afraid to sleep because of the insects. Horrible experience.

The location was good. Staff were short‑witted and unpleasant. Rooms were not clean and there were roaches.
