The place isn’t close to the airport, so the taxi I took in the morning cost a lot, and the Wi‑Fi was completely dead.

The pool and hot tub were great, but they say breakfast is included while it actually isn’t.

I appreciated the friendly staff and my room was very clean and comfortable; the pool disappointed me a little because it was small and could have been cleaner.

The stay was great overall, with a good breakfast and a nicely sized, clean room; all amenities were available and supplied, making it a good place to stay. However, the staff needs better knowledge of service animal regulations and federal laws; I was charged a $25 pet deposit twice for my service animal even after the staff saw it in a service vest, and the front desk asked for a service badge that doesn't exist and is illegal, limiting themselves to only two specific questions, which made me feel disrespected and shamed for bringing my service animal.
