The breakfast was outstanding, with every item fresh and thoughtfully arranged, and Manuela and Salvatore were truly gracious hosts whose regional tips and friendly attitude made my stay at Palazzo Frangipane delightful. No complaints.

“Wunderschönes Refugium im Herzen von Salve”

We spent two nights with Manuela and Salvatore and words fail to capture how wonderful our stay was; from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed so warmly and openly that we felt less like guests and more like family. The Palazzo is a beautiful little haven where every corner is crafted with love and attention to detail, impeccably clean, stylish, yet personal and cozy. Our room was gorgeous and immediately inviting. The breakfast was a special highlight—fantastic, especially the freshly made “Flat white” and the omelettes with special crunch, showing the care and heart in everything. Even for car travelers, there’s free, hassle‑free parking right next to the Palazzo, with helpful pre‑arrival information that makes the journey completely relaxed. Manuela and Salvatore turned our stay into the absolute highlight of our Apulia trip; we felt wonderfully at ease from start to finish and will definitely return. The hotel is beautiful, preserving old charm, and the hosts Manuela and Salvatore are very hospitable and helpful. The breakfast is amazing, 10/10, and the garden and pool area are exquisite.
