Everything was perfect! The staff were super helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was amazing, with a sea view. There was still a lot of sargassum when we visited, but the pool was wonderful, and the staff pointed us to other beaches. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious, even with cheeky raccoons trying to steal it! Nothing, everything was great.

I liked how it had a lot of character. It was quirky, not a beach club, and felt homely and very Mexican. Nothing.

The service and care were truly excellent. All staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. Whenever there was a problem or special request, a solution was sought immediately. When we had to leave three days early for health reasons, the hotel was incredibly understanding and cooperative—such flexibility is rare. The rooms were very large, spacious, and clean. Free bottled water was available in the room every day, and the room service was very good and reliable. Security was top; night security staff patrolled the grounds and monitored the bungalows to keep unauthorized people out. The location is also great, with many tasty restaurants across all price ranges, pharmacies, and a 7‑Eleven within walking distance, sometimes even less than a minute. We expected a bigger pool area, but since we were there off‑season and the pool was rarely full, it didn’t bother us. The only major downside was the sargazo, which the hotel can’t control. During our stay, huge amounts were present, making swimming in the sea impossible. The fishy smell and especially the rotten‑egg scent at night were sometimes intense—on some days so strong I woke up at night. Luckily there are many beautiful alternatives nearby, like lagoons and cenotes, and the hotel gave us great tips for excursions and swimming. Overall, a wonderful hotel with exceptionally good service. We felt very comfortable and safe and would definitely recommend it. Pool and sargazo were the negatives.

It seemed to live in the jungle. Fantastic, Swimming pool very nice. The sand and the sea were full of algae: it was not possible to have a bath into the sea
