“Great location and super convenient for beach swims”

The host was super friendly and guided us to our room right from the lobby, but the bed and pillows felt a bit uncomfortable, otherwise it was good!

“Muy mala atención”

Alquilamos 2 noches. El departamento contaba con dos habitaciones y cuando llegamos, ambas estaban con sus puertas abiertas por lo que interpretamos, que teniamos disponible el 100% del departamento para nosotros (dormimos en una habitación y solo dejamos nuestras valijas en la otra). Al día siguiente de nuestra llegada, se acercó la propietaria Mariafranca y de muy mala manera nos hizo saber que nos habíamos equivocado y que únicamente disponiamos de una de las habitaciones, su actitud fue avasallante y maleducada, agarraba nuestras cosas sin permiso y las trasladaba de habitación, preguntandonos cuando nos ibamos cuando recién habíamos llegado haciendonos sentir que eramos una molestia allí. Sinceramente, nos quedamos desencantados con el hospedaje y lugar, por lo que decidimos retirarnos un día antes pese a que habíamos abonado las dos noches porque ya no queríamos seguir en la casa de esa señora. En fin, si se dedica a este rubro debería ser más cuidadosa y atenta con las personas que se hospedan, máxime cuando habían dejado las dos habitaciones abiertas prestando a confusión. Por otro lado, el acceso al departamento es muy complicado si llevan valijas

“Acomodação e localização nota 10, comunicação e atendimento nota 5. Não estão no mesmo nível do restante.”

The location is the most special part of everything; there’s nothing to improve because it’s on the very postcard of Vernazza. I think the mother and son running the place could have been more friendly and cordial. They were very stiff, very harsh, and not very welcoming for those who work or want to work in tourism and with foreigners who expect at least a minimum of empathy, even understanding that the goal of the business is profit and not “making friends”. Any merchant knows that promptness and friendliness should be part of the business.
