Top located Hotel, opposite Cathedral und 1min from fish market. Room in 3rd floor urgently needs several improvements: insuffucient waterflow in showers; door to bathroom in room 28 could be closed only with big effort and noise; no soundproofing for inside noise; hard matress

The room and building are fine from the outside, but the building is old, has no elevator, and maintenance is lacking.
