“Amazing stay that exceeded all expectations!”

Everything was flawless – the spot, the Wi‑Fi, the host, even the candy and complimentary prosecco he left behind were all spot on. No complaints at all!

The place sits right in the middle, just 150 m from the train station, and the window faces only the courtyard so there’s no street noise. The fridge, kettle, microwave and cups are handy for a quick breakfast, and there’s a partial voucher for the café in the neighboring building. Spotlessly clean, the bed is comfy though a little dated, and the air‑conditioner works well. The host was very helpful and gave plenty of city tips. For my needs and for sleeping while I’m out during the day it was perfectly fine. Because the only window looks out to the courtyard and doesn’t let in much daylight, it’s not ideal for spending a lot of time inside during daylight hours.

The spot is excellent, just a few steps from La Spezie central station and close to everything. Davide was fantastic, giving us loads of recommendations and details about the room.

Pan David was very courteous and helpful. The apartment is two steps from the station and spotlessly clean inside. The balcony can’t really be opened because it’s too loud from the street, so it’s not worth choosing a balcony unit, but once the doors are shut, nothing can be heard. Highly recommended.

“Great location and amazing hospitality. Poor ventilation in the private external bathroom.”

Davide welcomed us warmly on arrival and offered great suggestions for sights and restaurants. The location was very central, close to the train station and right beside the pedestrian zone of the city centre. The external private bathroom lacked good ventilation and had a stale smell. There was also a strange chemical odor when we entered the room, as if it was masking a previous tenant’s smoking smell.
