The room is a good size, staff are very helpful, the bed is comfortable, and the location is great—just a 10‑minute walk to the main sights. However, it lacks cooking facilities—no scissors, no colander, etc.—and there’s no parking on the property. A paid car park (Baldaccio) is about a 12‑minute walk away and costs €6 per 24 hours; the listing should make this clear.

The apartment was nicely situated within walking distance of the old town and train station, and it was clean and quiet.

The room was very large and the location was perfect for exploring the center; we stayed only one day and left the car in the paid parking just over 5 minutes on foot, which was very convenient. The owner kindly let us check in early so we could drop off our luggage right after arrival. Highly recommended.
