The place is literally a stone's throw from the city centre, which made getting around a breeze. I booked a private room for three and it turned out to be huge and spotless, with the bed made up perfectly and a decent little dining nook. Everything looked brand‑new and the price was hard to beat, especially since I was only there for a few hours. No complaints at all.

Everything about this spot was spot‑on – the rooms were immaculate, the location super convenient and the whole thing felt really well‑organized. All the basics you need were there and everything worked without a hitch. I didn’t run into any issues.

The common areas are clean and surprisingly quiet, which I appreciated after a long day. Unfortunately the showers in the lower private bathrooms barely gave any hot water, and the shared shower block has the men’s and women’s stalls right next to each other with a door that doesn’t seal properly. Those quirks made the otherwise nice stay a bit frustrating.

The hotel's location is definitely its strong point – you’re right in the middle of everything you want to see. The only downside was the water heater; it ran out of hot water quickly, so you couldn’t really get a proper shampoo‑and‑conditioner routine. Otherwise, it was fine.

I liked being able to meet other travelers and the neighbourhood is handy for getting around. The only real hassle was the stairs – lugging a baby’s stroller up and down was a pain. If you’re traveling light, it works fine.
