“Nice”

The gym is great, the pool area is nice, and the downstairs restaurant is good. The rooms are apartment‑style and close enough to the main area. The only downside is that there’s no daily cleaning.

“Great appartment in a well located hotel”

We really enjoyed our stay at Soul. At first we were a bit unsure of the location, but it turned out to be perfect after a short walk to see how close the stores and restaurants were. The hotel is in Poblado, a 15‑minute drive from downtown Medellín. Poblado is safe, fun, and a perfect spot. The staff at Soul are all helpful and super friendly, especially Felipe and his colleagues. The coffee at Smash is great! The pool, the gym, and the view are all fantastic – we recommend this apartment hotel. The only issue was that the floor in the apartment and in the elevator could have been a bit cleaner, but it wasn’t a big deal.

“muy buena estadia”

The location is excellent, giving easy access to several places in the city. There is a lot of civil engineering work around, but I guess it’s for the city’s improvement.

“Descanso pero puede mejorar la sensación de aseo”

It’s my second time here, and I like the pool and the whole wet area. The towels were dirty and stained, and the apartment’s bathroom hygiene needs improvement.

Everything of the hotel itself was excellent. There was cleaning fee that I think should be included in the total fee
