The hostel’s location is spot on, right in the center, and you can hop on buses or the metro with ease. The value for the price is more than satisfactory. Every morning the common areas get a thorough clean and the bins in the rooms are emptied daily. The staff are very friendly, and Matías answered all my questions when I arrived.

The welcome was great and the place was very clean. We ran into a drunken man in our “only-girls room” that night, and the reception was closed so we couldn’t call anyone. The next day they said it was probably a power outage that let him slip in with his card. Luckily we were three girls, so we managed to get him out, but some security measure for the girls is definitely needed.

The staff were very attentive and ready to help me as a guest, and they were very kind.

The staff were super nice and helpful, the common room was big, and there was an AC in the room (it was over 30 °C in Barcelona). The women’s showers were something I’d never seen before – some kind of contraption. It could have been worse, but I wasn’t overly ecstatic.
