Very bad experience, definitely not up to a 4‑star hotel that charges 161 € per night. The shower was defective because there was no seal at the bottom of the wall, so the bathroom flooded and a large part of the room, including the carpet, got wet. After that, we couldn't shower normally. Even though no other room was offered, the hotel admitted the problem was in our room but still refused any refund or gesture. I asked for a review of the situation and received no reply. For a 4‑star place at that price, this is hardly acceptable. A technical mishap can happen, but leaving a guest with a flooded bathroom, a big part of the room soaked, no chance to shower again, no room change, and no real commercial support is far worse. I will not return. Update after the hotel's response: I want to clarify that, contrary to what the hotel said, we were never offered two single rooms as a replacement for ours, so we never declined such a proposal. I formally contest that point. I regret even more that an element I consider inaccurate is now being publicly stated while the technical problem we encountered is acknowledged by the establishment.

“Great location in Suresnes”

Good location, staff were friendly, and we were close to a small pedestrian zone with restaurants and bistros, yet I stayed in a superior room on the 4th floor and because it was an attic room the windows couldn't open.
