North Centre

Excellent stay in Kochi with amazing staff! This hotel in Kochi was a great choice. The rooms were clean and the location was excellent, but what truly makes this hotel special is its staff.I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Jezz from the reception and Mr. Jadhob from the service staff. Both were incredibly kind, willing, and helpful – whether it was during the morning breakfast service or at the reception desk anytime during the day. Thanks to their great attitude, we felt right at home from the very first minute.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and a welcoming atmosphere!

“Excellent stay!!!”

Overall, it was a wonderful, happy stay! The staff were excellent and quick at your doorstep; honestly, they were very helpful. I was really happy to stay there and will definitely choose the north centre next time I travel. The location is also good and the food was great ❤️👏

“Proche de la gare mais confort sommaire”

The proximity to the train station and the very comfortable bedding were positives, but there are two Ernakulam stations, one of which is 4,5 km from the hotel. The bathroom was awful, with an unbearable smell of smoke in the room. I warned the staff, who said it was due to cleaning products; I didn’t insist, but the next day it was even worse and our throats began to scratch.

I stayed here for just a few hours after arriving from the airport and before heading to the railway station, which is within walking distance, so it was exactly what I needed.

“Great stay in a great location!”

I enjoyed my stay while attending the marathon; I couldn’t have asked for more. The staff were fantastic, breakfast was a feast, and the location was great for the metro and train station. I felt very safe as a solo female traveller, and the room was clean and comfortable.
