“Bustling environment in an aging resort”

Convenient and bustling with guests, but I felt a bit tired on the edge; still nice, but it clearly needs a facelift soon.

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable, but the loud air conditioner couldn't be muted even with earplugs, the pool was too cold, a jacuzzi would have helped, the laundry room was dirty, the hotel felt sterile, and it was very expensive for what it offered.

“Not recommended a lot more better and nicer places to stay in NAPA”

The place is just average; the location is nowhere near any nice area, so you have to drive everywhere, and the rooms are only okay. The spot is out of any pleasant neighborhood, we had to ask House Keeping for the first day because they hadn't cleaned, and parking spots were insufficient.

“Comfortable, but front desk did not seem professionally trained after talking to several people.”

Beds and pillows were comfy, the facilities were clean and better than usual, and the lobby had both indoor and outdoor seating. When we asked to add an extra night, the front desk tried to hand us off to the next person, and there were hidden fees, but the manager eventually sorted it out.

The place was clean, with a nice pool and good facilities. The staff were average—neither especially helpful nor unfriendly.
