Conveniente para estar cerca de donde quería, pero al haberme alojado allí de forma intermitente a lo largo de los años noté que esta vez parecía bastante cansado y deteriorado.

The location is quiet even though it’s close to a main road, and I was able to get the ground‑floor unit I requested; the disability parking right outside was a big plus. I didn’t encounter any problems—this was my second stay, and I came back because I was already satisfied with the overall experience.

It’s a typical motel: decent but not spectacular, and the price is reasonable for what you get.

The bed was big and cozy, and I stayed for 11 nights; housekeeping was always up to date with everything, very helpful, and the room was super clean, always fresh towels, toilet paper, and coffee 😊. I’d definitely stay again if I’m in Dunedin—everything was great, no complaints.
