The location is good. Check‑in was complicated, and there was no response to calls or emails. The shower had no water pressure, the curtain was broken, and the coffee pods were for one person even though we were four. The elevator didn’t work, there was no parking, and the staircase to the bedroom was a chicken‑spiral. The penthouse was too hot, the air‑conditioning was weak, and the whole place was not worthy of a suite.

The décor is modern and the space is generally large. The hosts were unresponsive, the property and room descriptions were not truthful, the kitchen trash hadn’t been emptied, the sofa bed was broken, the shower curtain was moldy, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the staircase was a broken ankle‑breaker.

The room was nice and close to the center. There was a washing machine in the entrance (not connected) and another in the bathroom; the kitchen lacked basic items like dish soap, paper towels, napkins, or plates for breakfast, and there was no espresso machine or coffee maker.
