The garden setting is wonderful, the location is serene and peaceful, and you’re woken by various bird calls. The owners have lovely, friendly pets. I might be tired after my long road trip, but I was told I had to leave by 09:00 the next morning even though I booked two nights. The website says check‑out is at 10:00, yet we were pressured to vacate by 09:00 or earlier.

Sonja was welcoming, very friendly, and explained everything in detail. The single mattress needs attention.

The TV ran Netflix and YouTube, there was warm water for the shower, toilet paper, coffee for one day only, and a bar fridge. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, coffee and milk weren’t refilled on the second day, and when we left we were asked when we were leaving, which was before 10 am.
