“Cozy & Comfortable”

Very cozy and comfortable, close to restaurants. I travel a lot for work and usually stay in lower‑cost motels, but this art hotel is the best I've ever stayed at for the price; I’d recommend it to any traveler and have spoken highly of it to my friends.

“Overall clean and pleasant, after hours reception could make a few changes.”

The bed was super comfy and the room had everything we needed for a good price, with plenty of space, tea and coffee supplies, and a nice bathroom. The temperature controls in the shower were a little touchy, but overall it was decent and very clean. The décor was gorgeous, and we even managed to get a parking spot. The downside was that my partner checked in before me after hours, so the front desk was closed. He struggled with the lock and had to call the after‑hours number, but because the booking was under my name they refused to help him even though he had all the reference numbers, details, and the ‘on the day’ key code. He eventually figured it out himself, but it could have been worse. I understand safety is important, but with a two‑person booking and all the necessary info, I was a bit disappointed by how it turned out.

The room was quaint and had good facilities, but there was no way to plug in an electric vehicle.

The room was beautiful and spotless, with the most comfortable bed. The bathroom was huge and the TV large. Wifi was excellent. The enclosed outdoor space attached to the room was extra special. Lots of fabulous art hung on the walls, and the 1870 building exudes character and charm. It’s within walking distance to the CBD. The only issue was minimal cutlery.
