This spot was perfect to drop off before a morning flight; it’s a bit off the beaten path, so getting there by public transport was an adventure. The bed was comfy, the AC worked well, and the balcony was a nice bonus. I’m not sure if someone else was in the adjacent room, but the shared bathroom didn’t bother me—it was clean and well stocked. There were plenty of snacks, water, and a nearby spot for food. I’d stay again if needed. The only downside was that something had been spilled all over the floor in the shared area, so I stepped in it and my socks got sticky; I had to be careful in the hallway and bathroom. I think a guest did it and didn’t tell anyone.

We had enough space for our group in a clean accommodation, close to Fiumicino airport without being bothered by it. The digital instructions for entering the apartment via two (!) key boxes were confusing; everything was done through WhatsApp/email, but there was no reply about the key boxes, so we finally got the right answer by phone. After trying three times and contacting through different channels for a shuttle to Fiumicino, every email/app still asked if we wanted shuttle service—this gave no confidence in the shuttle. TIP: maybe leave vouchers for coffee in the downstairs bar instead of plastic cups next to a coffee machine that keeps spitting out water, and some bread and milk in plastic pre‑packaged form. The host did the shuttle service herself and arrived almost 10 minutes late to pick us up, whereas most Italian taxis are usually on time or early.

Getting to the room was easy. I didn’t realize we had to share the bathroom with another room.

The location was great for us because we rented a camper from Indie Camper next to the parking area, and overall it was far from any other spot. It was difficult to get there by public transport.
