Breakfast was better than I expected. I had 2 problems with my room but both were resolved quickly and professionally. The attendees at the counter were very friendly. Griselda was especially awesome, checking on me during the stay. Everything I needed was available. It was very clean and nice overall. The lady serving the breakfast could’ve been a little nicer. She seemed like she’s always having a bad day & frowning at everyone

Check‑in was easy and straightforward, and the overnight staff were wonderful! The A/C in our room didn’t work properly, and the room had an odor, probably coming from the A/C.
