We had a wonderful stay at Primus Alaçatı Hotel. The hotel was very stylish, clean, and offered a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were extremely comfortable and every detail was thoughtfully considered. We were most pleased with the staff’s friendly, warm, and helpful attitude. Breakfast was very varied, fresh, and delicious. The hotel’s location was perfect—quiet yet very close to Alaçatı’s center. We felt at home. Thanks to everyone involved; when we return to Alaçatı, this will definitely be our first choice. We recommend it with confidence.

Breakfast was satisfying, the location was nice, and the staff were very lively. Cleaning was good, but could be even better, in my opinion.

The faucets were leaking and the room was infested with ants and insects. The hotel refused to refund us, claiming we had booked through Booking, while Booking insisted the hotel was unwilling to refund. On top of the hygiene issues, we clearly dealt with liars.
