The spa was a real treat – I could walk straight in from the lobby. Breakfast, on the other hand, didn't live up to the rest of the stay. Still, the overall vibe was pretty good.

I got bad advice on charging my electric car and it took six hours. I could have filled it in 15 minutes at Swisscharge. Not a great experience.

The reception was friendly and the breakfast was generous. The real perk was being able to slip into the baths in a robe right from the hotel, plus the transport links are spot on. But the half‑board option was a nightmare – no clear prices, staff seemed clueless, and the language barrier made things worse.

Location is spot on – close to the thermal bath, shops, and the post office, and there's a parking garage below. The room is big, high, and even has a bit of garden. Staff are super friendly and the late check‑out was a relief. The breakfast buffet could use a bit more upkeep to keep it plentiful.

The room was solid, and getting to the pool and lounge was easy. Staff were mostly German and only mildly friendly. Parking cost 15, and after the first night I had to move to a parking lot half a kilometre away. The breakfast buffet would have been fine if the manager hadn't been so unfriendly.
