We were a group of five hikers, and the hotel’s spot is perfect for exploring the Fichtelgebirge. The rooms were nicely furnished and spacious, and the staff’s politeness—especially at the front desk during a heavy downpour and at dinner—stood out. The shower gel and shampoo portions in the two‑person rooms felt a bit small, and the breakfast was sometimes incomplete, but those are minor issues that don’t diminish the overall positive vibe.
