The location was great, the rooms were fine and the breakfast was good, but it only met expectations.

The spot is easy to reach by car and the tram stop is right across from the hotel, which is convenient; parking in the garage is also nice, with a max height of 1.70 m. The room itself is very small, although it’s cleverly designed and styled.

The staff, the rooms and the breakfast were good, but the location is hard to reach if you don’t know Strasbourg.

The pool and the room size were clean and the staff were friendly, but the breakfast was bad; it was empty after 9 am and nothing arrived for a long time, the juices weren’t refilled, the tables weren’t cleared and were dirty, and we only ate a piece of bread with butter and a small pretzel—very disappointing.
