The location was good, but when I arrived on a very cold night the windows were open, making it take a long time to warm up, and the heater remote had a flat battery so I couldn’t adjust the temperature.

The check‑in flexibility was great; I had a tyre blow‑out, called the motel, lights were on, and the heater worked for me.
