“Great location. Great restaurant. Lacks hospitality.”
The restaurant and location were top notch. Nice historic vibes. There was a lack of concern for the customer's comfort. Room service was every other day. It felt more like a airbnb without the hotel niceties. Just going the extra mile to help customers feel welcome and the hospitality was lacking. The room was sad and depressing with tired furniture and no end tables just a bed. I understand the historic part but my sister got charge the same amount for a nice room with good furniture and end tables and a very pleasing atmosphere. The comparison was really bad. Maybe charge less for the tired no furniture room?
