The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

The room was spotless, though it carried a cigarette odor; the front‑office lady was incredibly sweet, helpful, and patient, absolutely amazing!

The check‑in lady was very kind and sweet, providing great service, but the entire room, including the bathroom, smelled like cigarettes. The room clearly needed major updates: the paint, renovations, and the tub had cigarette burns; the shower leaked; the curtain rod and vanity needed replacement. Mold was present on the bathroom door and ceiling. It was uncomfortable having people hanging around outside all night, and the place really needs better cleaning and some restrictions.
