The building was dirty and unwelcoming. Upon arrival I was charged a dog surcharge even though the reservation listed the animal as included, claiming it was a booking error. The room had old, stained carpet and a strong cigarette smell persisted.

The location was perfect, just 15 min from the Geneva fair, with a large shopping centre nearby and a great bakery in the adjacent town. I slept very well in a very comfortable bed, and the free parking in front of the door was convenient. My dogs also enjoyed walking around the hotel. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was tasty, though the selection was limited; it was sufficient for my needs. The furniture and carpet were dated, which didn’t bother me much but is worth noting as a drawback.

The staff were very pleasant and smiling, doing their best with the available resources, but the hallway and room carpets were disgusting and filthy, and the overall condition of the windows, paint, and other finishes was poor.

The location was good with many shops nearby, and the beds were comfortable with fresh towels. Unfortunately the facilities were not inviting; the hallway and room carpets were very dirty and gross, the radiator in the hallway was hanging down, and although cleaning was done daily, it wasn’t thorough—corners had not been cleaned in a long time, making it a complete disaster. We didn’t have breakfast there.
