“Muy mala administración, me trasladaron a otro sitio y cuando intenté comunicarme nadie respondió, me dejaron tirada.”

Nothing. The accommodation didn’t exist. We had to find a hostel because the place was nonexistent. Luckily they refunded us. These scams should be stopped, especially on a specialized booking site.

The location was fine. They lied about it having a private bathroom when it was shared, and the reservation didn’t mention that checking in after 20:00 would cost an extra €20 in cash, for which we received no receipt.

I booked a room a month ahead, but it was swapped for another supposedly identical one in a nearby building; the space was more like a closet, no wardrobe, barely enough room for two people with luggage, and moving around felt impossible. There was no nightstand, the narrow window faced a skylight that let in no air, and the air‑conditioner was on full blast for such a small room. The lights flickered, forcing me to walk down the hallway to pull the switch; one night the power cut out and I woke drenched, suffocated, with no AC and my CPAP unplugged. The hallway noise was brutal—heavy doors slamming at any hour, waking us multiple times. The private bathroom was tiny, the toilet cramped, the bathtub and sink cramped, and the shower curtain was broken. No trash pickup, no linen changes, and no one bothered to check that everything was in order. I’ve stayed in hostels, hotels, and other places, but never seen such a mess; I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, especially those prone to claustrophobia.

We had booked a private‑bathroom room on 17 Rue, but minutes before our flight we were told we would be in a shared‑bathroom room. Upon arrival, we discovered the apartment was not at the listed address but in a slightly different building, and nothing matched the original description. In short, we were scammed by the owner who used false listings and photos from another building, and the owner’s helpful employee was used to hide the deception. Stay elsewhere.
