The hotel was very convenient for exploring Sibiu, the rooms were beautiful and the facilities well‑maintained, and Diana, who welcomed us, was extremely pleasant; I booked two rooms, both with blind bathrooms, but the larger one lacked an exhaust system and one of them had two lights, one LED that wouldn’t work because of a persistent fault—though the room was fully occupied, I would have switched rooms and expected a small discount for the inconvenience, yet I was simply told not to use that light.
